Years ago I had to decide on a name for this line. At the time I was studying the book of Matthew. Chapter 7 speaks of the selecting the foundation for your life. Whether forging metal or folding fabric, I love the feeling of creating something new. It makes me reflect on the Creator and bask in the awe of His creativity. And I like the materialistic works of jewelry, but am seeking to use them as a gateway to that which is Real. To He who creates all things. This jewelry is my house upon the sand, but my life is built upon the Rock. I pray that yours will be too.
Long-term Sandcastle is looking to expand into a small business that can give back to the community that has been so good to us. Sandcastle Jewelry is designed and created by stay at home mom Jillian Marsh. That's me. I reside in El Dorado KS with my husband Caleb and our son Newell.
Jewelry has to take a backseat to family life in this house. Most of my days are pretty normal and spent playing, cleaning and cooking--after a couple good cups of coffee that is! We all love to be outside so we spend a lot of time outside and with our two dogs. We're just a pretty average family seeking to use our talents in a way that honors God.
